According to Credit Suisse's latest Global Wealth Report, the United States boasts the highest number of millionaires worldwide, with 47 million individuals holding wealth exceeding $1 million.
Other Nations with High Millionaire Populations
The report also reveals that seven of the top 10 countries with the most millionaires are located in the G7 nations plus China and Switzerland. These countries include:
- China (44 million millionaires)
- Japan (32 million millionaires)
- Germany (17 million millionaires)
- United Kingdom (15 million millionaires)
- France (14 million millionaires)
- Canada (4 million millionaires)
- Switzerland (4 million millionaires)
